Advertisers and users are responsible for ensuring that advertising content, text, images, graphics, and video uploaded for inclusion on SkypayBD comply with all applicable laws. SkypayBD assumes no responsibility for any illegality or inaccuracy of the Content.
The advertisers and user guarantee that Content does not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any person or entity, and agrees to release SkypayBD from all obligations, liabilities, and claims arising in connection with the use or the inability to use of the service.
Advertisers or users agree that their Content can may be presented through SkypayBD’s partner sites under the same terms and conditions as on SkypayBD.

SkypayBD will collect information from Users and Advertisers. It is a condition of use of the SkypayBD that each User and advertiser consents and authorizes SkypayBD to collect and use this information. SkypayBD also reserves the right to disclose it to Company Affiliates and any other person to administer, support, and maintain SkypayBD, as well as to improve SkypayBD, for example by using the information for research, marketing, product development, and planning.

SkypayBD may contain links or references to other websites (‘Third Party Websites’). SkypayBD shall not be responsible for the contents in Third third-party websites. Third-party websites are not investigated or monitored. In the event the user decides to leave SkypayBD and access Third Party Sites, the user does so at his/her own risk.
Paid content and services
Some content and services of SkypayBD require payment, including but not limited to, membership packages, posting of ads in select categories, and sale of items through Doorstep Delivery.
Memberships
As part of a membership package, SkypayBD will create a Shop on behalf of the user. A Shop is a dedicated webpage on SkypayBD, maintained by SkypayBD, with content provided by the user. SkypayBD has the right to any content added to the Shop by the user and has the right to remove or not publish the content if it violates any aspect of the Terms and Conditions.

Advertisers and users agree to indemnify SkypayBD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Modifications
SkypayBD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on SkypayBD. You are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications. Your continued access or use of SkypayBD shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Governing law
SkypayBD is operated under the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
